No pre-registration required.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

The competition will take place on

18/07/11-22/037/11 (7am-5pm)

Between 7am and 5pm

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The Competition is only open to UK residents.

Entrants must be over 16.

Entrants must obtain permission from the bill payer before entering the competition.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY

You can enter by texting the keyword ‘FIRST’ plus your answer A, B, or C to short code ‘63103’

Entries received before or after the specified times will not be counted but will still be charged.

Texts will cost £1.00 from the UK plus your standard network rate.

Entrants will receive a bounce back message to confirm entry.

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS

The prize winner will be randomly selected from the persons who successfully text in the keyword, the correct answer and their name within the stated times.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS

The winner will be chosen by random draw from the eligible entries and called by the presenter to confirm winning.

The winner will be announced on the Hits radio at approximately 5.30pm.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS

A single prize each day - Monday-Friday - consisting of the following will be awarded to the prizewinner subject to the prizewinner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

iPod Touch and £100 of iTunes Vouchers.

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER

The Hits radio will be providing the prizes.
