She posts photos on Twitter of apparent new ink
Rihanna has tweeted photos of herself showing off what looks like a new tattoo in tribute to the late hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur.
Alongside the hashtag #TATnight, the 23-year-old pop megastar uploaded four images onto Twitter chronicling her trip to a tattoo parlour late last night (24th January).
One picture sees RiRi hold up her hands with the word ‘THUG LIFE’ inked on her knuckles. The design looks as though it has been sketched ahead of a permanent tattoo.
She wrote alongside it: “All these b*tches screaming that 2pac back #THUGLIFE”.
The name of Tupac Shakur’s former band and title of his 1994 album, the ‘Thug Life’ slogan is now synonymous with the rapper who was murdered in September 1996.
Rihanna already has a number of quirky tattoos including a Pisces sign behind her right ear, the words ‘Shhh’ and ‘Love’ on her fingers and Roman Numerals on her shoulder spelling out the date April 11th 1986, the birthdate of her best friend Melissa Ford.
